Meaningful Health

Support through life’s tough transitions

During challenging times, it’s common to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.

Through her Meaningful Health approach, Michelle Cole offers a steady, supportive space to help you make sense of your experience, regain your footing, and begin to find a way through. Drawing on relational therapy, practical skills, and lived understanding, support is offered across areas such as sleep, grief, family challenges, trauma, and times of significant life transition.

Michelle also offers supervision for those working in helping professions, providing a reflective space to support practice and professional wellbeing.

Meaningful Sleep

Sleep difficulties can be complex and often shaped by past experiences.

You are supported to understand your unique sleep story, explore patterns and beliefs, and learn practical ways to improve your experience through body, mind, and environment.

Meaningful Families

Parenting and family life can feel confusing, stressful, and at times overwhelming.

You are offered respectful, compassionate support to build understanding and develop the skills needed to respond more confidently to these challenges.

Meaningful Grief and Loss

Grief and loss often bring uncertainty, change, and a sense of being unprepared.

You are supported to make sense of your experience, navigate its impact, and find ways to gently reconnect with life over time.

How it works

Support is tailored to your individual situation and can take place either face-to-face or online. Together, you begin by understanding your experience — whether that relates to sleep, grief, family challenges, trauma, or times of transition — and then explore practical ways to support change through body, mind, and environment.

Support is available for private clients, as well as through funded pathways such as ACC Sensitive Claims and other recognised services.
